Adds the Sea Dragon rocket to KSA
Sea Dragon was a propsed super heavy lift launch vehcile capable of putting up to 550t into LEO.
The rocket was planned to be 1550m tall and 23m in diamiter.
In an attempt co create a low cost super heavy lift Vehicle the designer Robert Truax conceptulized the Sea Dragon as a "Big Dumb Booster" Both first and second stage would use pressure fed engines With a single fixed nozzle. For attitude contol there would be 4 Auxillery engines mounted on the Second Stage. The first stage would use RP-1 as ts fuel and the second stahe would use Hydrogen.
Sea Dragon would be build in a shipyard from Naval grade Steel.
After payload integration checkouts the completed Vehicle would be towed out to an offshore launch Location.
Once fuelled balst tanks mouned to the first stahe nozzle would be fulooded to top the rcoket into a vertical Position for launch.
The current Version if this mod desnt include the Ballast System as boiancy is still in development.

Installation:
Uznip the file in you "Mods" folder and pase the folowing in your manifest.toml
Payload Integration and Deployment:
None of the avalable schematics show a payload fairing, all that is showen is a "Payload Tank". One of the main usecased invisioned for Sea Dragon was as a giant Tanker and Fuel Depot so having a Tank as the payload space makes sense in this case.
For use in KSA with acual payloads i made the top section seperate using the LES mounted to the Gemini capsule to pull it a way from the rest of the stack.
