Adjust the position of "Toggle signature" button text

There seems to be a sort of placement/padding/etc issue with the "Toggle signature" button on posts from users with long signatures.

Currently it's like this:



The button is only clickable in the yellow region but the text is not apart of it. The text also sits a bit awkwardly up inside the signature.

I think something a bit more like this (courtesy of the Inspect tool) would be better:



I shrunk the height and padding so the region sits in a less obstructive place and the clickable area matches the text's location more sensibly.

Weird! It looked normal when I posted it. Thanks for catching that. Fixed!
