If you're infinitely hanging on "Planet Renderer" during loading on 5000/6000 series AMD GPUs you should be able to just wait. In testing, it could take AMD drivers 5+ minutes to finish loading what it needs. It can look like it is hanging but you should be able to just wait it out.
If it is closing/crashing during loading by itself it's likely you're running out of dedicated VRAM. You can try to turn down the texture sizes on game startup.
If you are unable to open the game at all or it instantly closes:
You should verify that the game is able to read and write to your "documents/my games" directory. We read/write settings and logs to it and our loading currently expects this permission.
You should check if you have any antimalware software is interfering with the game as our software certificates are unlikely to be registered in every antimalware softwares' registries just yet.
If you're getting rendering artifacts with the atmosphere behind your vehicle you can try turning off multisampled antialiasing.
If you're getting extremely low FPS anywhere then you're likely getting very close to the limits of your VRAM. You can try turning down textures.
If you're getting extremely low FPS around oceans/Earth you can try turning off or turning down multisampled antialiasing. Or, turn off oceans entirely.
Currently, we only put builds out for x86 64-bit windows 11. Problems on other OSes or CPU ISAs may find help in the linux-discussion channel on discord.
If none of this applies or helps we recommend reinstalling your graphics drivers and checking for windows updates.
