Progress on the medium capsule. As we are not chasing realism for realism sake and are designing the game around what made KSP fun (customizability, moddability, unique style, and unlimited player choice with building); it was important that the initial capsule didn't "end" as a simple Gemini analogue.

The capsule features three "bay part" sockets, multiple sections for low profile surface attached gear, player customizable endcaps (for crew passage, fuel tanks, batteries, anything within the 1m profile will fit), alternative door options, and the ability to rip off all the external structure and use it as a lightweight vacuum or orbital operations pod.

I feel in the spirit of Gemini (designed to push the limits and test technology); the medium capsule is a great keystone part that defines the granularity KSA can offer in gameplay and design.
