How it happened:
1) I started the game, loaded the solar system and I was trying out some commands.
2) I wrote "duplicate Rocket rocketnew" which made a new vessel called rocketnew.
3) I switched over to the new vessel and fired prograde a bit to get away from the previous "Rocket" vessel.
3) I then loaded a previously saved game where I had a vehicle around Mars(the Mars thing probably doesn't matter).
4) After that I saw an error message in red appear on my screen, this error then shows up every second.
After restarting the game the errors disappeared but if I tried to do the same thing, it happened again, so it's easily reproducible.
I will add a screenshot of the error on the screen as an image but here it is in text:

The only way to get rid of this error was to restart the game. Everything was also working normally after it appeared. The physics didn't freeze and I could still normally control the vehicle (the one that loaded with the save, not the "rocketnew" one).
The other weird thing is that the rocketnew vehicle was actually present in the game as a vessel. I was able to focus on it but it had no orbit and was just floating above Earth. When I tried controlling it, it was completely frozen. None of the inputs did anything on the vessel, the RCS were not firing and it was not possible to ignite the engine.
To me it kind of seems like the game tried to load a new save where the rocketnew vehicle wasn't present but it still kept it which then caused these errors.
