Europa orbit error, States that vessel is in freefall but stuck in place.

Hi,

So I was flying to Europa, and was orbiting Jupiter waiting for a opportunity to get into Europa orbit, and was fast-forwarding, but randomly everything stopped and the vessel was stuck in Europa's sphere of influence, where the vessel was stuck in place on an impact course with Europa, and Europa still orbits normally but the vessel is stuck in place around Europa.

So in general the error occurred when time warping near Europa, and the vessel and Europa must have crossed paths at a high time warp setting. Nothing major, I was just having fun and this happened and just thought it would be good to say something if this hasn't happened before.

Fascinating, thanks for the report. I think I might know how this could happen, but will have to run some experiments.
