Forum QOL suggestion, make markdown controls (Bold/Italics controls etc) also visible at the bottom as well as the top.

Hey hey, so as someone who sometimes deals with very long posts its always nice to have these controls near the bottom of the post window as well, currently having to scroll up and down the post section of the page (to make something bold or make a link) is a bit of a pain.

Having to constantly scroll up to get to the controls also 'feels' a little janky, since the mouse has to be exactly on the post to scroll it up, and if your over the main page body, that then scrolls instead.

I hope this makes some degree of sense, just a suggestion.

The input field on new posts should have a max height set so the formatting tools are always visible and reachable, but I can see how this could be a bit annoying for longer posts like the example you've shared.

I'll make note of this and discuss with the team.
