Game loads as blank screen if loaded in windowed

What Happened​

Changed settings to windowed, game loads as blank screen (see picture)

What Was Expected​

I like the game being windowed so i can easily close the game or tab in and out.

Reproduction Steps​

1. change mode to windowed
2. close and relaunch

Reproduction Rate​

always. i uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and it happened every time.

• solved the bug by simply launching in borderless but i can see how this could infuriate someone.

I only ever run the game in windowed mode and have never seen this problem. I wonder what else is going on to cause this. Just to make sure in case I missed a mention of it, when you re-installed, did you empty the C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\Kitten Space Agency folder too?
