Gauges size and position save

Please add function which saves gauges positions and sizes. Currently, gauges resizing and repositioning is reset with every game load or settings applying.
Also, related to this, please fix gauges scaling with regard to ultrawide resolutions. The game itself runs very fine with ultrawide, but some gauges are unusable due to their content being cut by left and bottom edges. It looks as if the bigger the resolution is, the bigger gauges' inner elements are.

Please see attached screenshot, content being cut off is apparent on attitude control gauge. Resizing of the gauge does not help.
