ok.... ok.... I actually have the BEST way to generate income for the game.
Anyone who donates $200 or more will have their name added to a monolith which exists in orbit around the sun.
Then, anyone could go into orbit around the sun and rendezvous with the wall to read the names.
The resource for the monolith is AES encrypted so only the devs can add new names to it.

If in the future there are other solar systems created, the monolith will auto change its orbit to be around that star.

This idea could also extend to any person or group that creates a mod which achieves a determined criteria for popularity.
