Key Binding Error

This morning while playing, I was checking out the controls for flight, and I wanted to set Throttle Up/Down to what I'm used to for KSP (LeftShift/LeftControl). I didn't realize that these were already being used for other actions, so I tried to reset them to Up/Down. I got a nice little red error box telling me that there were multiple controls bound to the same key...but I wasn't allowed to change them. I had to go to the other controls that had these mapped, change them to something else, then come back and change these two.

Same remark. I wanted to replace the Engine Start from Z to Y and I got this red error message.
