KSA doesn't open

Whenever I try to run KSA, it appears in my task manager for a few milliseconds, then disappears, and nothing happens.

I solved it on ono of my laptops, didn't watch what's on the other one yet. It was problems with .net I'll send details of laptop later today.
Though I got one heavy visual bug, due to it I had to switch off atmosphere render entirely

im having the same issue as well, how did you solve it?

my setup is a ryzen 3200g AMD APU and a GT 740 nvidia video card, unsure which one the game is trying to use as it closes instantly. Log files are empty.

Was able to track this down in event viewer, seems my GPU simply does not support part of the vulkan featureset. Seems weird that the issue happens with both GPUs though. (fails on either gpu, possibly ignoring windows gpu setting)

Some poking around online seems to suggest your 740 supports, at best, limited functionality of older Vulkan versions and does not get any driver updates anymore. That’s not something the game is really designed to support at the moment or likely will in the future. Dean has spoken about not targeting hardware that can’t receive driver updates.

However, your 3200G does receive driver updates and should support Vulkan! The limited iGPU VRAM might be an issue but separate.

That being said you might be right about the Windows GPU setting not being adhered to. Probably your best bet for now.
