I've switched distros to see how things are different. They are different and unfortunately worse. Rotating the camera angle results in the view spinning rapidly.
I don't know how to best describe it. When I rotate the view, it will sometimes start to spin wildly. I think it might be when get the view to certain camera angles. Or maybe the mouse isn't being captured and is going outside of the window in this moment.
