Momentary bright flash when the game launches. [Bug]

Not sure if this affects everyone, but i for one use a large tv as my main monitor and every time i launch the game i see a momentary full screen of what looks like pure white, which then quickly turns gray and shows the files loading, it feels like i just got flash banged every time, i hope this can be fixed at some point as its not a great experience, as well as being a possible epilepsy trigger for some.
