Monitors go black after moving KSA between screens

WHAT HAPPENED
I tried to move the KSA tab onto my second monitor.
What happens after this is inconsistent, but usually follows two patterns:

• It did not work and the resolution from my second monitor was instead displayed onto the KSA tab still on my first monitor. My second monitor is now black.
• I tried again, it worked.
• I then couldn't move the game back to my first monitor, no matter what I did. First monitor is now black.
• I closed KSA and both monitors may be black, have to reboot

Or

• KSA tab successfully moves onto my second monitor.
• I can then move the KSA tab back to my first monitor, but the resolution of the game is locked on the second monitor's resolution (even if change resolution settings)
• I close KSA, monitors may be black and having to reboot.

Tested this several times. Whether or not monitors turn black during gameplay is inconsistent- but monitors frequently become black after closing KSA.

WHAT WAS EXPECTED
KSA tab moving to second monitor with no issue. Monitors remaining functional.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. Enter KSA
2. Turn on Fullscreen mode in settings
3. Try to move game to second monitor (Win+Shift+Right)
4. Try to move it back
5. Close KSA
