New plumes pixelated

What Happened​

The new plumes from blackrack (SRB trails) appear severely pixelated coming out of the exhaust. They look fine once they fan out. I have highest settings on pretty much everything.

What Was Expected​

[Describe what you thought should have happened]
Based on the videos I've seen from blackrack and others, it doesn't look like this.

1. Turn on engine plumes
2. Launch

I see the same, and it's very obvious when firing retro, as the pixels are noticeable against the contrasting fuselage.
