[NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED] Being able to "close" a detached panel

TECHNICALLY NOT A BUG, BUT NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED.

Each time I detach a panel (like navball) a new window appears on my taskbar. It seems to allow having GUI spread across multiple screens.

I would expect "closing" the window from the taskbar to close the panel, like disabling.
