release notifications

Please announce new releases, Linux and Windows separately. A mailing list or a thread I can 'watch' so I get email notifications would be great.
Previously I used an AI generated script that would probe the download page for a new release every 4 h and when I turn on my PC, and pop up a notification, but that script doesn't work anymore since the download page changed. Now I have to initiate a download and if there's no new release I have to abort the download of a release I already have.

It does publish the changelog and Window/Linux deployments on each release.
