Right Click Menu on Parts unavailable with custom rocket / new vehicle

What Happened​

Upon launching a New Vehicle, right clicking on any part of the rocket fails to bring up the right click menu, so fuel levels nor engine activity cannot be verified. If you go to Map mode and back, sometimes it will be fixed, but then often stops working again, requiring going back to map mode and back to try again.

What Was Expected​

I expected the right click menu to appear.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Start game
2. Build New Vehicle, and build a vehicle
3. Launch vehicle
4. Right click on any part on the rocket.
