Right-Click Panel Shrunken With Detached HUD Elements

I was trying to detach the navball element and move it outside the game. I had resized it to be smaller. However, when right-clicking on the element to un-detach. the right-click menu was cropped and inside the navball element, making it very hard to click the detach button. I expected a normal menu to come outside the element when right-clicking.

Browser & OS: Microsoft Edge on Windows 11

Reproduction steps:

1. Detach any HUD element
2. Shrink it
3. Right-click

Expected result: the right-click menu should be inside the element, at the same size and cropped out
