WHAT HAPPENED vs WHAT WAS EXPECTED
The "Mouse Look" setting the movement when using the mouse, but there's no corresponding setting for camera movement when using the keyboard in camera mode (w/a/s/d). The "Roll" setting affects both mouse and camera-mode keyboard (q/e). I assume the "Mouse Look" (which is just called "lookSensitivity" in the settings) should affect both mouse and keyboard motion. If not, an additional setting should be included for keyboard, and the "Roll" sensitivity should the likewise be broken up between them.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Hit Shift-C to enter Camera Mode, change the Mouse Look sensitivity to a low value (3% or so), and do movement with the mouse, then try using W/A/S/D. The mouse movement is slower, but the keyboard movement is not. Repeat with the Roll Sensitivity; both mouse and keyboard (q/e) will be affected.
