Solved Staging window can't detach from game window

What Happened​

When I enable the "detached" option on the staging window, it remains locked inside of the game window and can't be dragged outside.

What Was Expected​

The window should actually detach like other windows are capable of doing.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Open staging window.
2. View > Detached ✓
3. Attempt to drag window out of the game.
