Theory-Perhaps the Kittens evolved from the kerbals

I have a game theory that would neatly connect KSP to KSA. I believe that the kittens are descended from the kerbals. Perhaps Kitten Space Agency just takes place millions of years after Kerbal Space Program, and perhaps the Kittens are evolved kerbals. Maybe Hunter is even a direct descendant from Jeb? Let me know your thoughts on this matter, I mean this would be a nice way to tie Kitten Space Agency back to Kerbal Space Program. I mean, the kittens seem to behave similarly to the kerbals, and have an interest in rocket science like the kerbals...

I’d like to believe the games are in the same canonical universe. If some fat-cat bought the KSP IP or if it got into public domain somehow I would love to see the kerbol system be a star system close to the one that the Catastronauts inhabit.

KSA could also be a prequel to KSP. we know that knowlege gets lost. mybe they they build the arces and monoliths?

Perhaps they genetically modified themselves in order to have better sensory acuity, and balance, and the fur could have been an environmental adaptation.
