What happens?
Throttling down and up land on different throttle values. Eg. From 100, down to 91, but if I go up to 100 again, next time down may go to 92 or 93. Same case with throttling up.
What was expected to happen?
Throttle has consistent values when going up and down on single keystrokes, e.g 100->95->90 and 90->95->100
Note: I'm using LCtrl & LShift for down and up respectively, haven't tested with default keybinds.
