Undocking nose to nose craft has one craft reversed for "SAS"

What Happened​

After undocking a nose to nose docked craft, one of the craft faces the opposite direction of expected when "SAS" / autopilot is set. For example, setting to Up, points Down, and Program points Retrograde.

What Was Expected​

I expected the craft to point in the direction corresponding to the button pressed.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Launch a craft to orbit (or cheat to orbit) a craft that can be separated and docked nose to nose. It must have a functional RCS system with fuel.
2. Separate and dock the craft nose to nose
3. Undock, and set each craft to the same direction (Prograde, or Up for example)
4. Notice one of the craft pointing in the opposite direction.
