As for your system specs, there's a chance the game might run on the lowest settings with the Earth or Earth/Moon scenario. 4GB of VRAM is fairly limited for KSA's current architecture. You can also try using these settings, although they are a bit outdated.

4GB of VRAM isn't likely going to work with the full Solar System, but just like Kiwi said it might work with just the Earth or just the Moon and Earth. Good luck!
