OVERVIEW
NOTE: Early development build. Expect rough edges.Warfront is a pixel-art war game fought across a whole terraformed Moon. Start in the turret of one tank, press Q for the command satellite, and zoom out to the globe. Take the enemy capital, or three quarters of the planet.
- Two views, one battle. Drive a tank yourself or command every formation from orbit, and switch at any time.
- A whole world. The Moon is generated from a seed: towns in farmland, wild forest, highland and marsh, with ports, airfields and resource sites, and trees you can blow down.
- Fight on every front. Battles near you play out shot by shot; those far away are resolved behind the scenes. Infantry dig trenches, garrison buildings and ride trucks into battle.
- Logistics wins wars. Factories arm depots, convoys feed the front, and barracks turn manpower into platoons. Mines, oil and timber speed production.
- Move by land, sea, rail and air. Boats, trains and transport planes carry your armies between the ports, stations and airfields you hold.
- Air power. Send recon planes to find the enemy and strikes to break them, and watch for ground fire.
- A real opponent. The enemy AI builds, scouts, garrisons and strikes, bound by the same fog of war as you.
- Fog of war. You see only what your side can spot. Everything else is a last-seen mark.
- Save the war. Every crater, ruin and front line is kept.
