Make Military crates fire proof

A good portion of holds right now come to an end when an out of control fire reaches the ammo storage. Perhaps if the contents of closed military crates were resistant to fire (unless the crate gets blown up), then fire wouldn't be quite so devastating.

Holds are illegal and you will receive divine judgement from the director for staying long enough for ammo to catch on fire

I think ammo dump explosions are pretty close to real world and expected behaviour. Maybe they should cook off slow first and rather spread scattered shots 360° around then explode.
