Error while leaving Luna's SOI

After going from Earth to Luna to do a flyby, I had an error exactly while leaving Luna's SOI . The game seems to be still working, but the error across the screen persists and makes things difficult, even after a save-exit-reload.

I finally got around to looking at this and I believe it is now fixed. The situation is already broken in the save so it will still have the error, but I don't believe new flights should have this issue once a new public build is pushed.

There is no known way to reproduce the problem ? I still have the installation file where I had the problem, let me know if there is a way, so I can check if I can reproduce it, then check that it doesn't happen anymore.
