Any luck with Parallels?

Hello, I am trying to run this under Parallels on a Windows 11 virtual machine and get an immediate CTD on startup. Unfortunately I don't see anything that looks like a logfile in any of the KSA folders. Has anyone had any luck getting this to run under Parallels? If so, what did you do to get it to run?

why 11? i usually use 10 ltsc or 7 for my vms. 11 is a horrible os.

if i had any guess its probibly missing a runtime.

Unfortunately I can't use anything but WIn11 because my MacBook uses a Silicon processor. Maybe VirtualBox will work.
