[Bug Report] Launcher Configuration Window Fails to Display in Windowed Mode

What Happened​

When launching KSA and the game opens in windowed mode. The game process appears in Task Manager, but no configuration menu renders in the window—only a black background is visible, with no UI elements.

What Was Expected​

When the game is running in windowed mode, the configuration menu should display normally.

Reproduction Steps​

1. Launch KSA
2. Make sure the game is running in windowed mode.
3. The issue happens immediately.
