Crash to desktop when starting in Sandbox mode

What Happened​

Crash to desktop with no error message when I click start if set to sandbox mode. Starts normally in Test mode. Note, I enabled docking via text editor:
I edited ...\Kitten Space Agency\Content\Core\PartGameData.xml, adding at line 927:
<PartGameData Id="CoreStructuralA_Prefab_SurfaceAttachMount1WA">
<DockingPort ConnectorId = "_connector31" Force="700"/>
</PartGameData>

What Was Expected​

I expected the game to start

Reproduction Steps​

1. Start Kitten Space Agency from Start menu
2. Set gametype to Sandbox mode
3. Click "Start KSA"

Reproduction Rate
Always so far. Reproduced 4 times, with computer restarts between. Reduced textures to medium settings, and still happened.
