Localization Implements?

Just Wondering how and when ksa will implement the localization tools

from what i seen the current texts in game are still static

Thank you for your work, I have two questions :

- Is this the only one file who contain localisation informations ?
- If yes can you share it please ? (It's for extract each variable and insert this data inside a excel file or new file structure like YAML.

1.I'm just checking and make sure that the text of KSA is set as string ,so i checked GameSettings which obviously there are lots of texts there
2.However, no localization code i found,
3.the file itself is in KSA.dll where you can find them in your copy of the game
