Managing the game's root directory

The game's root directory looks a bit messy right now, with unfinished language files and various .dll files all in the same place. It looks chaotic, so I suggest organizing the root directory files, like putting languages in a 'Languages' folder, outputs in an 'Outputs' folder, and settings in a 'Settings' folder.
