Only some planets/moons have textures

Visited Mercury today, and it's just a white sphere. So I checked the other planets/objects:

Earth ✅
Luna ✅
Venus ✅
Mercury ❌
Sol ❌(although maybe it's supposed to be a featureless white sphere? it'd be nice to see sunspots and prominences.)
ScottManleyAsteroid ❌ (love that he gets props, but no texture at all?)

These are just in the order that hitting ' (apostrophe) brought them up. Seems more objects do not have textures than do. Is this just an early development issue or a technical one?

i mean the game right now is more of a tech demo/ proof of concept than a full fledged game, so ofc the textures wont be done for some planets
