If you try to post a new thread in https://forums.ahwoo.com/forums/ksa-bug-reports.15/ the Bug Reports forum already pre-fills new threads with a useful template.
The https://forums.ahwoo.com/forums/technical-support.6/ Forum does not prefill anything at all however and i believe that the quality of reports (and help we can deliver for these reports) there could be increased by having new posts be prefilled there too.
I noticed that both in the Discord and here in the Forum lots of of help seeking threads start as a one-liner ("ksa doesnt work pls help") message with 0 usefull details and need back-and-forth messages just to gather the basics:
I usually ask:
A pre-filled template for new threads in Technical Support would prompt users to include this info upfront, save responders a lot of repetitive prompting, and get the user to a working game faster.
Rough draft of what such a template could look like:

- what actually happens on launch
- hardware
- install path
- log file contents
- Event Viewer entries if log files dont exist.
I usually ask:
Hey! I'd like to help you but i need a bit more info:
1. What happens exactly when you try to start?
2. What's your hardware and Operating System? (GPU, CPU, RAM, Windows/Linux)
3. Where is the game installed? (e.g. C:\Program Files\... or somewhere else)
4. Check for logs in C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Kitten Space Agency\Logs\ . Does the directory exist? If yes: what are the contents of the log file?
5. If the log file is empty: check Windows Event Viewer (Win+R > eventvwr > Windows Logs > Application > "Find" (on the right side panel of the window if you are using windows 10) -> KSA") for entries with source ".NET Runtime" or "Application Error" around the time you tried to launch
