Right now, when an Unfinished Mod hits its first release candidate and its first intented playable state, the thread stays in https://forums.ahwoo.com/forums/unfinished-mods.18/ , which make the mod have an reduced visibility to players looking for usable mods compared to https://forums.ahwoo.com/forums/mod-releases.21/ .
The alternatives are either posting a new thread in Mod Releases (fragmenting the history, comments, and download tracking) or pinging a moderator to move it.
Would it be possible to allow the original poster to move their own thread between these two subforums as self-service?
Benefits:
- Better discoverability for mods that reach release since most users would naturally just look in the https://forums.ahwoo.com/forums/mod-releases.21/ forum.
- Less mod/admin workload than reacting to manual move requests
- Reduced duplicate threads by having one thread that maintains the entire mod thread history
