Typing in text fields can still control the game

This bug still occurs in v2025.11.3.2634 but has been present for previous versions.

WHAT HAPPENED vs WHAT WAS EXPECTED
When using any text entry fields (save file name or settings like target framerate and tonemap exposure) the keys pressed to enter text can still control the game. Pressing , or . changes time warp speed. Pressing m toggles the map view. In map view: WASD moves the camera, Tab toggles vehicle control, and c focuses on the active vehicle.

The expectation is that while focused in a text field any key presses will not affect the game and only enter the characters. As an additional note: vehicle controls like z, x, and WASD (in flight view) while focused on a text field only enter text and do not control the vehicle. (Expected behavior.)

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. Open the game.
2. Open save game menu and click New.
3. Click on the text field to focus into it.
4. Enter keys that typically control the game such as m, ,, or ..
5. Notice that the game is being affected in the background.
