settings file corruption windows 11

What Happened​

each time i close the game, i need to delete settings file to be able to relaunch it.

What Was Expected​

no need to delete files

Reproduction Steps​

1. i launche the game , enable plume , freezing ,windowed mode (to be able to take gifs and screenshots) , iva raytracing
2. play then close the game
3. restart , have an empty gray screen

bug report in the bug report , with the attach file button a can't see ksa settings file . so i can't join a broken one

This is the same situation I ran into. It seems that when the game is run in windowed mode, the initial setup screen can't be displayed, so you have to either delete the config files or completely reinstall the software.
