Can't launch New Vehicle

What Happened​

Created Vehicles unable to launch. Right click menu displays engine is active, while IGNITE button states no engines active.

What Was Expected​

Engines to start and rocket to fly

Reproduction Steps​

1. Start in Sandbox or Testing mode
2. Build Vehicle
3. Launch Vehicle
4. Press spacebar, or click on ignite
